Do you ship overseas? Unfortunately, The Mark Twain Store cannot fulfill any international orders at this time.
I made a purchase online but I have not received my confirmation email, what should I do? Our website sends the confirmation email automatically when the order is placed. Sometimes these type of emails are directly placed in your Spam Folder. Please double check there before contacting us.
Do you offer in-store pickup for online orders? Yes, in-store pickup for orders placed on our website is available. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up. Once your order is ready, you can pick up during the Museum’s regular hours.
Can I use multiple discount codes at once? Stacking discount codes is not permitted. Only one offer can be used at a time.
What do I do if an item arrived damaged? Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damage so that we can assist you.
I’m a Member of the Mark Twain House, what discount do I receive? Members of the Mark Twain House & Museum receive a 10% discount on all purchases year round, excluding gift wrapping and shipping. To receive your discount, please enter the discount code you received with your membership card. If you do not know your discount code, please contact our Development Office at email@example.com.
